One Manhattan Square

Rising 71 stories above Manhattan’s Lower East Side, One Manhattan Square is a landmark residential tower spanning more than 1 million square feet, offering breathtaking views of the East River and city skyline.

Our team supplied a total of 1,400 water source heat pumps to this building ranging from ¾-ton to 2-ton. Engineered for exceptional energy efficiency, these units feature efficient compressors and blower motors, optimized air-coil circuiting, and low-pressure-drop coaxial water coils to maximize performance while minimizing energy consumption.

This heat pump system also played an important role in helping the glass tower achieve LEED certification, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and high-performance design.
