The world’s tallest residential building soars 1550 feet above the green carpet of New York’s famous Central Park.
When Extell needed an HVAC applications partner for this bold project, they looked to the integrated offering that only Gil-Bar Industries could provide.
Extell chose Gil-Bar’s MIH Systems Group to be their commissioning agent. Our Metro Air Products company supplied all the VFDs and
fans for the entire project. For the project’s flagship Nordstrom store, we provided all HVAC equipment, including the chillers. And MIH has the store’s ongoing maintenance contract. Across our company, we worked as one Gil-Bar team with our client, to take HVAC engineering to new heights.
