On the corner of Kent Avenue and South 4th Street near the Williamsburg waterfront, the building at 333 Kent Avenue, now known as Williamsburg Biannual, blends old with new by transforming its former factory into an arts center while topping it with a new two-story contemporary office space.

As the basis of design, we equipped this 12,468 square-foot building a custom air handling unit that ensures efficient and capable air conditioning.
