2 Manhattan West

Rising 58 floors and offering 2 million square feet of premier office space, 2 Manhattan West is Brookfield’s latest commercial office tower to be delivered later this year.

We provided 13 custom air handling units to meet this building’s air conditioning needs. All units were built to achieve less than 1% leak rate at +/- 8 inches while featuring direct drive plenum fans with TEFC motors, LCD displays for real-time CFM readings, 2-part filter system and fiberglass insulation. In addition, four of these units were further upgraded with integrated silencer fans to comply with stringent sound requirements.
