Matt’s personal superpower is tenacity. That became critical for the success of a complex application for Northwell Health’s Center for Advanced Medicine, when there was a heat control problem on six RTU’s. After several attempts to resolve the issue with the factory, the cause remained a mystery. But Matt didn’t give up; he went directly to the manufacturer of the controller to solve his client’s problem.
Matt believes that it’s just this sort of customer service that sets Gil-Bar apart from the rest of the industry. And the camaraderie at Gil-Bar means that “help is always there when you need it.” Matt completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Hofstra University.
