Google has famously stringent filtration requirements for all of their spaces, with the Hudson Square Campus being no exception. Gil-Bar achieved specification by working with our manufacturing partners to develop a highly customized solution. But the need for customization went well beyond the Google IAQ requirements.

The team at Robert Derector Associates challenged Gil-Bar to find a way to fit all newly designed equipment into small machine rooms by way of elevators and tight pathways. This required the customized development of multiple knockdown floor-by-floor units that Gil-Bar’s MIH Systems Group then had to disassemble and reassemble on site.

It’s precisely this sort of complex customization and integrated service capability that keeps engineering firms like Robert Derector consulting with Gil-Bar again and again.
