Set to open later this year and accommodate up to 5,000 employees, this 19-story building will provide 1.2 million sqft of space for offices, production studios, a newsroom, a screening room, and outdoor terraces.

As the basis of design, we supplied 16 custom air handling units and 4 ventilation units. Despite the varying sizes, these units all share one common goal – providing efficient and reliable air handling capability. That’s why you can find features such as single/double energy wheels, 4″ thick insulation panels, filters up to MERV-16 rating, and ECM fan arrays pretty much in every unit.
