Our team provided 7 custom AHUs featuring CM fan arrays, dual header coils, MERV-13 final filters, dual heat wheels, and UV lights rated at minimum 95% airstream disinfection rate – built to offer excellent air conditioning that supports everyone’s indoor comfort and wellbeing.

With the support of efficient air handling, this 19-story all-electric commercial office building is expected to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
