375 Hudson is an 18-story office building that is over 1.12 million square feet and needed a full renovation of its mechanical systems. We were chosen as the basis of design because of our expertise in prefabrication builds with Epsilon Industries.
To accommodate the space required for new tenants, ease of installation, minimal disruption to the site, and parallel path factory construction along with site construction, prefabrication was the ideal approach.
Our team worked closely with Epsilon to oversee the on-site construction of a new condenser water system complete with pumps, heat exchangers, cooling tower mezzanines, and a support structure.
